1 session $85 weekly rate
2 sessions $160 weekly session rate $80
3 sessions $240 weekly session rate $80
4 sessions $320 weekly session rate $80

Rates over $350 a month /Clients will be added to Stormfitnation’s online fitness app . Where you will receive workout programs meal plans accountability and nutrition Coaching.

New online Stormfitnation training only $900 for 12 weeks , or you can do 3 split payments of $350/month

Package 1 New Online training system you will have access to online training videos plus nutrition Macro plan and in person Personal training included.
1 month fat loss ,build muscle package includes meal plan and training program.
1 session weekly total of 4 sessions with trainer 550$ this includes checkins , Measurements and body fat composition.

Package 2
1 month fat loss ,build muscle package includes meal plan and training program.
2 session weekly total of 8 sessions with trainer $700 this includes checkins , Measurements and body fat composition.
Package 3
1 month of personal training 3 sessions a week total of 12 sessions in person with trainer . This routine with trainer will
Build muscle,more energy and endurance flexibility and mobility . package 960$. An additional 100$ for Customize meal plan.

Package 4
1 month of personal training 4 sessions a week Total of 16 sessions with trainer . This package will get you into a great Routine covering all exercises to build muscle and to lose body fat . Package 1380 $ .An additional $100 for meal plan and training program if needed

Package 5
12 weeks 4 days a week of Personal training sessions 48 sessions $3840 in total. $ Also includes workout program and diet meal plan.
Payment can be broken into three payments Monthly $1266
