   Storm Williams is a certified BCRPA personal trainer helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals in Victoria, British Columbia.

 His fitness background includes competing in 200 and 400 meter sprints, elite level weight training, training with Olympic (2000) participants Jerome Young and Tyree Washington, and professional bodybuilding.  

Since retiring from competition, Storm wanted to pay back the fitness community that gave him so much, by helping others reach their personal goals.

2015 First Runner Up - Open, Body Building at BCABBA Victoria Cup

2015 Master's Winner at BCABBA Victoria Cup

2013 Partnered with Westcore Training Centre and created STORMFIT Level 1

2012 Created STORMFITNATION Single Parent Bootcamp with free child care

• Ran track for Wallace Community College

• Competed in Penn State relays

• Competed in Mount Sac relays

• OFSAA Track and Field Championship

• Excelled in 200m, 400m and relays

• Trained by the late Charlie Francis

 

  

STORMFITNATION offers personal training services to aspiring and professional athletes, as well as anyone with an interest in improving their overall health, physique, and well-being.  Being a father and role model to two princesses, drives and pushes him to maintain a healthy lifestyle and find ways to motivate others to do so as well.
