Building back muscles.
Today I am building my lower and upper back with the barbell bentover row which is a compound exercise . Compound exercises are exercises that are working multiple muscle groups at the same time. The movement of barbell bentover row targets nearly all of the muscles in the back, particularly the lats, rhomboids, and lower back. Positioning is key and back must be parallel to the floor , this position will isolate the movement as the bar is pulled up from the floor to the navel squeezing elbows up words to the ceiling, this will give you the Peak contractions by engaging your back and then lowering the weight as slow a possible back to the floor. To build muscles endurance do 4 sets of 12 reps.
